By the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 15, 2020 No. 285 (hereinafter, the Decree) in connection with the new coronovirus COVID-19 announced by the World Health Organization in order to protect the life and health of citizens throughout the Republic of Kazakhstan from March 16, 2020 to April 15 2020, by presidential decree of April 14, 2020, No. 306 was extended until May 1, 2020.
According to subparagraph 5) of article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “In case of emergency”, it is allowed to conduct meetings, rallies and other public events during its actions.
In this regard, previously scheduled for April 29, 2020, the production branches of KazTransGas Aimak, JSC hold public hearings of the 2019 report to consumers, and interested parties are postponed to a later date.

The tariff for the commercial gas transportation by gas distribution system of the West Kazakhstan Production Branch from 01.01.2020 will be 3 876.54 tenge per 1000 cubic meter without VAT, agreed upon by the letter of the Department of the Committee for Regulation of Natural Monopolies, Protection of Competition and Consumer Rights of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan on West Kazakhstan region dated December 14, 2018 No. 04-07 / 2287.

By order of the Department of the Committee for the Regulation of Natural Monopolies, Protection of Competition and Consumer Rights of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Zhambyl Region dated November 30, 2018 No. 187-OD, the tariff for the transportation of commercial gas through gas distribution systems of the Zhambyl Production Branch was approved at January 8, 2020 at level 8 317.44 tenge per 1000 m3 without VAT.

By order of the Department of the Committee for the Regulation of Natural Monopolies of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Kyzylorda Region dated November 22, 2019 No. 44-OD, the tariff for the transportation of marketable gas through gas distribution systems of the Kyzylorda Production Branch from January 1, 2020 was approved at 5,941.35 tenge per 1000 m3 without VAT.
